AOZ7503是电流模式控制的反激电源控制器。其集成了X电容放电功能，可以去掉X电容放电电阻，以提高待机功耗。具有Brown-In/Brown-Out功能，在Brown-Out下，进一步降低功耗。轻载时，有频率反走和skip模式，以实现轻载时更高的效率，和低待机功耗。数字扩频技术可以降低EMI。另外，AOZ7503还具有逐周期电流限制，欠压锁定，VDD OVP，DMAG pin OVP，过载保护，CS pin protection，二次侧二极管短路保护等功能。
